Are there additional insurance or licensing issues to be aware of e.g. are you planning to sell alcohol or use the outside space for organised sports activities? This is because in both these examples you cannot do so without explicit permission in advance from another organisation; along with relevant license or insurance checks. Please note that fireworks are also not allowed for insurance reasons.
